Welcome to Buddy4All Inc., a global creative collaboration platform. By accessing our website or submitting the registration form, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms define how we engage with freelancers and govern the use of our services.

1. Nature of Engagement

  • All collaborations with Buddy4All are freelance-based, project-specific, and non-exclusive.

  • Registration does not guarantee work. We will contact you when a project matches your skillset.

  • You are free to take on projects with other clients or studios.

  • No employment relationship is created through registration or collaboration.

2. Services Provided

Buddy4All Inc. provides services including (but not limited to) digital marketing, VFX compositing, video editing, and social media management. Specific terms of service are defined for each project on a case-by-case basis.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is milestone-based, per project, or per deliverable, as agreed before the start of the project.

  • Scope, timelines, fees, and payment method will be outlined in writing.

  • Freelancers must submit invoices for payment. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

  • Payment schedules depend on the specific project agreement.

4. Communication

  • Project communication will occur via email, Slack, or WhatsApp.

  • Once a project begins, you may be added to a dedicated group or channel.

  • Timely and clear communication is expected during all collaborations.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, visuals, and deliverables created for Buddy4All or its clients are the property of the client or Buddy4All, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • You may not use or display project work publicly without prior written consent.

  • Any unauthorized use of client materials or branding is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

  • All project-related information, communication, and assets must be treated as confidential.

  • You may not share internal discussions, materials, or client information with third parties.

  • Breach of confidentiality may result in termination of collaboration and legal consequences.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the platform and services responsibly. Any harmful, illegal, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Buddy4All Inc. is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in freelance work.

9. Data Privacy and Storage

  • Registration submissions are stored securely in the website backend and are not visible publicly.

  • Access to submissions is limited to authorized administrators.

  • Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.

11. Modifications to Terms

Buddy4All reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the latest terms.
